Hi everyone. As I am using with high for months satisfation Debiain I would like to give my little contribute. My question is relativly simple: can I make a .deb file of a program I found useful or only "oprphaned" are for new maintainers? I already have read "Debian New Maintainers' Guide" but I am not sure.
