Mine took more than 6 months. In my case, though AM recommended to the DAM
the application was not complete in some aspects. This was not reflected in
my status page, I finally asked what was going on and Martin at the front
desk helped me complete the missing stuff. After that my account got created
within a month.
I think the DAM processes a set of applications in a bunch, if your
application was skipped in that round, it probably means there is something
wrong with your application (for eg. not agreeing to Debian Machine Usage
Policy etc).
You may want to politely ask your Application Manager if there is such
problem. HTH.
