Yes.

If it's your package, and you're comfortable that it's been built correctly,
and it's built from an identical source package from any other packages that
bear the same version number, I don't see why you wouldn't. I regularly do my
own builds on two architectures before uploading, just to get that extra bit
of testing into it.
