hello, i'm (sigh) the reporter of this bug. Now i realize i was wrong about it
and i'm very sorry.
The matter is that i checked that URL with other clients *before* having
problems with wget, and i attributed that to a bug in wget rather than
what really was: the URL was moved and is no longer
ftp://ftp.fsn.hu/pub/CDROM-Images/debian-unofficial/hurd-main.iso
but ftp://ftp.fsn.hu/pub/CDROM-Images/debian-unofficial/hurd/hurd-main.iso.
Never thought about the possibility of an URL change,
I'm very sorry for messing this up and apologise for the inconvenience.
