Looks fine.  You can do dpkg-deb -c on the .debs produced just to
check there's nothing in /usr/doc in the .debs themselves.  Also, you
can do without the manual symlinking of /usr/doc to /usr/share/doc, as
debhelper puts in code to do that (dh_installdocs).
