Mr Watson and Other.

I have now made a new package. I have checked it with lintian tried to
install it to several other computers tested the 'dpkg-source -x mp3html_1.3.8-1.dsc'.
I hope I got it right this time. I sertenly learn more and more every
time I rebuild. You can find the files at:
