Note these are already packaged by me in the package wdg-html-reference.
However I've not been maintaining this package as well as I should so if
you want to take it over (and wdg-html-validator) please go ahead.

One of the open bugs is that wdg-html-reference which is currently i
non-free should go in main because of this license.  However the Open
Content License can have clauses which make it non-free so this has to be
investigated.

IMO that would be the appropriate thing to do.  It would have to be a
depend not a suggest though.
