THe correct thing would be to fail if sawfish is running, in the pre-inst.
Force the user to upgrade at a console. Lot's of things like XDM and GDM,
do this aswell. It is the only sane way. Folks who do upgrades, are always
advised to do it from a tty, and not in X, anyway.
