The central source dependency list is by far not complete and at all
not accurate...
First, things like bison, flex, perl, debhelper, ... are or might be
missing, either because I haven't discovered them in the past, or
(debhelper, perl) were considered essential is the sense of the
central src deps.
Also, the -dev dependencies might be too much (also indirect deps
pulled in) or the versions too restrictive.
The maintainer is in a better position to say what his package
needs...
