I did it this way: The postinst script does a 'addgroup --system jwhois',
and manually calles suidregister (or uses chown/chmod) to set the binary
setgid jwhois and the diretory writeable for that group. In the postrm, the
group is removed when using 'dpkg --purge', but preserved with 'dpkg
--remove'.

Is this correct behaviour?
