That's  dpkg-buildpackage

But tab-completion would have let you find it easily (or tcsh's
error checking).

Third:

   1. dpkg-source -x package.dsc
   2. cd to package-version
   3. su
      [pasword]
   4. debian/rules binary

This is like the first method above, but only builds the .deb
package (no extra stuff like regenerating the .diff file and
creating a .changes file).
