Debian Developer Certificate?

(Don't know if it's the right list, but here goes)
Jobs -esp. jobs that pay good- are hard to find, and I was wondering, since
being a Debian Developer can only be a Good Thing (TM) for my CV, is there any
way I can get something like an official certificate of this? AFAIK there are
not many around the world (500-1000? there are only a couple of us here in
Greece) and it is certainly a proof of some knowledge of the subject. Maybe I
could get me a higher salary from this :)
