Debian jumpstart?

I have been considering creating a hands-free installation for Debian
Linux for a bunch of Intel boxes. I am somewhat familiar with Solaris
Jumpstart, and have read that Debian 2.x includes pre-configured
installations for a few types of hosts like X-terminal, Workstation,
Server etc.

That kind of preconfigured installation is what I have in mind, but I
would probably need to customize those configurations. My first
question is,
	- where do I find documentation on how to create a jumpstart
installation for Debian Linux, 1.3.x or 2.x versions?

The second and perhaps related question is,
	- how do I print on paper the documentation in Debian web
site?

I noticed all documents where HTML-files, and they were divided to
several files by chapters. This is nice, but if I want to print the
whole document on paper, it's a lot of extra work. I could see that
the documentation was created with Debiandoc-SGML, which I use myself,
but I could not find any mention where the SGML sources are kept. If
I found those, I could produce the PostScript version for printing on
paper.
