libvdk1 ready for testing

Hi,

If you have time for this, please install and test my first package
which contains libraries. They can be downloaded from:

	http://borco-ei.eng.hokudai.ac.jp/~borco/vdk/download/vdk/stable/

VDK is a C++ wrapper for GTK. It borrows a lot from Borland C++
Builder's philosophy. Installing libvdk1-dev you also get 2 directories
with examples in:

	/usr/doc/libvdk1-dev/examples/hello
	/usr/doc/libvdk1-dev/examples/test

I highly recommend you to compile testvdk (from test) if you want to see
VDK at work.

The current libvdk1 require the stable version of GTK+. I don't know yet
how to correctly implement the conflicts between stable GTK and those
many alternatives unstable GTKs, so suggestions about this are welcome.
The development version of VDK compiles very nice with GTK 1.1.9 and
will be backward compatible with the stable VDK. I have also prepared it
for Debian and I just wait for Mario (the original author) to publicly
announce it.

You get no problems when converting from the stable GTK to the unstable
one and a big boost in coding performance if you use VDK :-)

TIA,

Ionutz
