Uploading packages

Hi,

I made a package (sound-recorder_0.04-1_i386.deb). This is to be my first
upload. My question is:

Its a direct-to-disk recorder and contains:
record (no cdrom support), cdrom-record and play-sample

Can i use this name (same as tar-ball) for the package or do you need it to be
the same as the binary (ELF) and therefore be 3 separate packages??

I used sound/extra as section/priority, is this correct??

Where do i upload it. /home/Debian/ftp/private/project/Incoming because of the
freeze of hamm (so in other words is this slink).

Thanks,

Bart
