You are looking at the wrong part of the log, the real error is: CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:75 (add_library): Cannot find source file: filevercmp/filevercmp.c Tried extensions .c .C .c++ .cc .cpp .cxx .cu .mpp .m .M .mm .ixx .cppm .h .hh .h++ .hm .hpp .hxx .in .txx .f .F .for .f77 .f90 .f95 .f03 .hip .ispc CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:75 (add_library): No SOURCES given to target: vcflib This is because of your watch file 'fix' commit[1]. The earlier watch file was pulling these despite them being submodules because of different download API: https://github.com/vcflib/vcflib/releases/download/v1.0.2/vcflib-1.0.2-src.tar.gz However, the same for 1.0.3 does not exist, and I am not sure if there's a way to propagate this. @Pjotr, would you know? Another idea I have is to embed these as multi-orig tarballs, but admittedly that'd be messy. Let me know what you think?
