At the time of pushing salsa-ci seemed to be broken. In principle it
should not be regarded as a replacement for local builds - so I personally
use pbuilder ... a clean docker environment should be fine as well.
We intend to orphan ITK4 so if you could switch to ITK5 in the not so
distant future this would be probably helpful.
