You could try running reprotest on it once, and check the diffoscope log for hints. The build-ID was different, most likely a build path issue.
Thanks again for your help! Can I do something to make this easier? For bart-cuda I think it is is Ok to only upload for amd64. But it would be good if we could extend the CI pipeline on salsa to test beforehand.
