Closes: 1002155
Changes:
  libgoby-java (3.3.1+dfsg2-6) unstable; urgency=medium
  .
    * Adding --no-parallel flag to dh_auto_test to avoid concurrent access to
some files during the tests (Closes: #1002155)

You're welcome! Thanks for your help on this.

While we are at it: this new version solved the issue but another test failed, seemingly for the same reason. So I uploaded version 3.3.1+dfsg2-7 which ensures the folder in which tests should print their outputs exists before running them. Well, this worked!

Sidenote: I have just uploaded latest upstream version of igv (which depends on goby). To do so, I had to remove some features that need the Amazon SDK. It should not be a real problem for our users as those features simplify grasping files from Amazon servers in some conditions, but they don't prevent anyone from getting genome files and browsing them!

Cheers,
