no report generation, likely not only for pigx-rnaseq Re: What happened to r-cran-jquerylib ?

Hi Andreas et al.,

We should think about what it means for us not to have a current version
of the DT cran package. For one, it kills the PIGX RNA-seq workflow.

Hi again Steffen,

I'd strongly recommend to ask for rejection of your upload to NEW
to not create extra hassle for ftpmaster.

Kind regards
      Andreas.

Hello, I think this goes out to Andreas.

https://salsa.debian.org/r-pkg-team/r-cran-jquerylib/ states that it was
on the NEW queue and somewhere deep in me I recall to have seen it on
there but it seems gone. It is not in the archive though and I do not
recall a rejection email to the list.
Right, I just did a quick check, and it does not seem to be rejected

$ ssh -t coccia.debian.org 'ls -1
/srv/ftp-master.debian.org/queue/reject/r-cran-* | grep jquery | wc
-l' 2>/dev/null

Well, I usually CC the ITP bug in my response to a reject - so feel
free to see here:

I manually checked in the dir as well, but I don't see any reject
reason for jquerylib :/ @Andreas, did your dput job fail somehow?
Was this uploaded properly?
I just found there is a new upstream version. I'll upload it and then
likely see it in new.
That will be not successfully, thought. My idea was to remove jquery
1.x and 2.x from the package and symlink to the Debian packaged version
of jquerylib 3.x.

Unfortunately I did not managed to do this up to now. Feel free to
beat me in it - but simply uploading a new version to new will just
annoy ftpmaster.

Kind regards

       Andreas.
