Please try updating ngs-sdk to 2.11.2 -- AFAICT, it's still at 2.10.9.
I'm not entirely sure that update will suffice, but it certainly
shouldn't hurt -- it's generally best to update ngs-sdk, ncbi-vdb, and
sra-sdk in lockstep.
