Because it injects timestamps in the documentation.
This is due to jsdoc package itself, see here[1]

I think the fix will be similar to this[2]

But I definitely do not have the time to fix it there and test, maybe I'll just file a bug report with this hint
and someone from reproducible-builds team will take that up
