This can be uploaded to NEW right now, no?
It won't anyway enter testing. Or do you want to wait for maybe more stable versions?

Yeah, right. Large size test data becomes an RC bug, for example here[1]
Probably we'll then have to keep testing it locally, unless ofcourse if it's possible to find a smaller dataset that is sensible on debci workers.
