simka not migrated to testing (regression but expired logs)

Hello,

I was late to view this. Unfortunately, simka[1] has not migrated to
testing, and this was a while back.

There is a regression on arm64 on the package tracker for autopkgtest,
however the log doesn't exist as excessive time has passed. I assume I'd
need a Debian SSO certificate to retry for a new log, which I don't have.

Any suggestions how to get a new log of this, or preferably re-trigger
for a new autopkgtest log?
