Howdy, The new version of seqmagick 0.8.2 has been released maybe an hour or two ago. I pushed it on Salsa[1] for review: [1] https://salsa.debian.org/med-team/seqmagick The current version we have in Debian has problems with file conversions due to removal of Bio.Alphabet in Biopython 1.78. Since changes to bring were non-trivial, I have been working directly with upstream to get a patch[2] I would feel confident to apply. I turned out that I caught 0.8.2 with routine-update while finishing the packaging of a version 0.8.0-3 initially. [2] https://github.com/fhcrc/seqmagick/pull/89 I'm feeling a bit bad about this one, because I forgot it in the list of reverse dependencies to check, and probably should have at least opened an FTBFS bug at the moment of bulk checks to document the issue. Anyway, this should now be solved.
