Dear all,

and dear Andreas in particular,

I just completed (?) the packaging of BioC's SingleCellExperiment and
kindly request a review+upload if fits.

The package cowbuilds for me and installs. I have not come across any
indication of a "or later" for the GPL-3. The 2017 in the d/copyright is
from the BioConductor stats page. Maybe that is something to look into
for automating the prepare script further?
