I've removed some ._* files inside the data dir.  Would you please
either add some kind of README or entry to d/copyright where you
obtained the data from?

PS: @Roman, simply installing harvest-tools Debian package should
    solve the issue at your side.  Please let me know if it simplifies
    your work when I create a backport of the package - but preferably
    for Debian 10.
