Usually sra-sdk and ncbi-vdb need to match each other. Upstream has

uscan: Newest version of sra-sdk on remote site is 2.10.4, local version is 2.10.2+dfsg
 (mangled local version is 2.10.2)
uscan: => Newer package available from
      https://github.com/ncbi/sra-tools/archive/2.10.4.tar.gz

May be the easiest way to deal with this is upgrading sra-sdk as well.

I'm sorry, but I have no time to do this currently. In any case we
should try to prevent issues like this in future by adding some
SOVERSION to the package name.

Kind regards

        Andreas.
