Add link to Debian's packages for Infernal?

Hey Sean,

We're updating to Infernal 1.1.3 for the Debian package and I saw that there is a section on http://eddylab.org/infernal/ about package managers.

Would you like to add a link to the Debian packages there? https://packages.debian.org/search?keywords=infernal

The command would be `sudo apt-get install infernal infernal-doc`
