Please consider a free license for libARBDB and libCORE

Hi,

its a long time ago that we discussed licensing issues of ARB in
connection to the Debian packaging.  I've now stumblet upon some other
software (SINA[1]) that is linking to libARBDB and libCORE with your
explicit permission.  Unfortunately this permissive licensing does not
help to make that code free in terms of the Debian Free Software
Guidelines and we can not distribute SINA in the official Debian
repository.

I would be very happy if you would consider a free license (LGPL, BSD,
MIT or some well established free license) for this part of the ARB
software suite.
