It's often clearer to leave RC bugs assigned to the package that has the
bug, and create a new RM: RoM or RM: RoQA bug against the ftp.debian.org
pseudo-package to represent the removal request. I'm repurposing #855701
for that, since that one seems to be a duplicate of #855485 already.

At the moment someone looking at the bug list of mgltools-pmv has no
indication that it is known to be broken, which doesn't seem to be ideal.

The ftp team can't remove mgltools-pmv until the packages that depend on
it have been removed (transcript below), so I'm tagging it moreinfo, and
will follow up by adding blockers. ftp team members processing removals
won't generally chase up the reverse-dependencies themselves, because only
a few people have ftp team powers, so they prefer to spend their limited
time doing tasks only ftp team members can do. As a result they rely on
QA team members[1] to present them with immediately-actionable bugs.

The bugs that are assigned to mgltools-pmv will be closed automatically
when mgltools-pmv is removed from the archive.
