Thanks!I have a list based on the database you showed me a while ago but many of them are Java-based or libraries, which makes it trickier to test.
I am going through a few more that I have on my list but please recommend if you have anything interesting that I can consider. The process is that I am first looking at the source code, see if that makes sense from biological aspect and my programming understanding and especially if there are some data files already in there!
In the end I am doing the sbuild and testing further if I can create some meaningful tests.
