Sure they are, I'm not a ftp-master :)
Those logs come from queued, the daemon that takes your upload, queues
them up, and send them to the ftp-master host. That thing runs on the
upload host, so just ssh to it and look at
/srv/upload.debian.org/queued/run/log.
After that comes dak itself. It's mirrore on coccia.d.o (aka
mirror.ftp-master.debian.org if anybody actually remembers that name…).
Logs here are instead at /srv/ftp-master.debian.org/log/current.
