Re: pysam 0.15.1 is out - and now?



I just uploaded 0.15.1 to unstable.

Upstream mentioned that cython 0.28.5 was explicitly used for
compatibility with Python 3.7, while we are at 0.28.4 in sid.

I'll revisit the other build dependencies for toil in the mean time.
