I somehow remember I've read this before but I do not remember the
cause. I'd recommend upgrading your pbuilder chroot before continuing.

For the actual sra-sdk package it builds for amd64 but not i386[1].
Unfortunately also the test fails on CI infrastructure[2]. I admit I
can not spent a lot of my time on this package - its consuming way more
time than other packages and I really wished I'd get more help with this
(help request not for Liubov but for other readers of this list / users
of the package / Charles as other uploader).
