Please clarify license of CRAN animation

Hi Yihui,

I intend to package the CRAN package animation[1] as Debian package
since it is a dependency of some package which is relevant in
bioinformatics and packaged by the Debian Med team.  When inspecting the
license it says only "GPL".  Debian ftpmasters are a bit picky to accept
this kind of unspecific license since it is missing an explicit version
(like GPL 2 or GPL >=2 or GPL 3 etc.)  As far as I know only GPL is
synonym for GPL 1 which is most probably not what you want.
