nope, I just saw the problem wondering what was wrong with biopython
package status.
I looked at logs, and it ends with a float division by zero. As it is
python, and was working before, there should not be any arch specific
issues, but....

i0 = int(float(valueMin)/valueStep)
ZeroDivisionError: float division by zero
issue may be in biopython or in its dependency (reportlab), need to find
where the step calculation occurs.
