Re: less restrictive licensing for signalp (was: test mismatches expected output in signalp 4.1c)
I got a reply privately about this. The answer to the relaxing the
licensing is no--in particulare, they do not care for redistribution and
do not want it.
As for the test mismatch, the difference there is inconsequential.
