Packaging wishlist for this week's H3Africa workshop

Hello everyone,

I'm at the H3Abionet Cloud computing hackathon this week in Pretoria, South Africa.

It would be super nice if I could get assistance making Debian packages of the following so we don't abuse Docker as a package manager :-)
