Hi,

could someone possibly check on such an affected architecture after
disabling the patches?  If all else fails I would not mind just
uploading with deactivated tests and thus throw it on the auto builders.
I have not tested yet, but it seems issue is related to archs defined in ngs-sdk/setup/os-arch.prl   in OsArch() function.
I think we need to patch this file tool to add needed archs.

I have tried to override the issue, trying compilation on arm64, "cheating" on the arch, but it still fail, there are other constraints in code that seem to be x86 related only. Maybe we should limit the available archs to built ones.
