I am the contact person here at DTU Systems Biology assisting with the practicalities of the Debmed Sprint.
Sinatur Hotel Frederiksdalsvej, Frederiksdalsvej 360, 2800 Kongens Lyngby (http://www.sinatur.dk/hoteller/hotel-frederiksdal/hotel), has been prebooked for you from Thursday, February 4th to Sunday, February 7th 2016. I am currently still negotiating prices and will get back to you with final info early next week.
I suggest that you start to book your flights to Copenhagen for the event. As Jon wrote earlier, ELIXIR will pay for the European flight (both ways), one hotel night and evening meal for for those arriving on Thursday, February 4th (i.e. to work on the package curation on the 4th/5th).
