While this is perfectly correct the delay should not be that long.
Usually the autobuilders are taking up in the following hours.  As I
linked to the build logs[1] you can see that this happened basically at
the same time.  I admit I have no sensible answer to this question and
may be asking on debian-mentors@lists.debian.org brings this up in a
forum where more educated people in this field are reading.
