that's indeed bad news!
However, as I have also already booked (and paid for) the flights, I
would also be in favour of giving the replacement hotel a try, even if
it is a bit farther away from the station. Maybe we can still make it
work...
As I said, I am waiting for an estimate (tomorrow) for room price and work room access (and wifi...), lunch etc... As I soon as I have the estimate I will check if everything is fine as a backup plan.
I will let you know as soon as I have the info.
