now builds with default g++, so aghermann_1.0.1-1

Yaroslav, Matthias,

To deal with the bug #747994 (details below), I have removed the g++ version
selection overrides in debian/rules. These workarounds are now not necessary
because aghermann will build happily with g++-4.8, which is now the default
in testing.

I also poked upstream to make sure it builds with g++-4.9, too, and indeed
after seeing to a couple of errors g++-4.9 has brought up, we now have a
version bump to 1.0.1.

Yaroslav, will you kindly sponsor upload aghermann-1.0.1-1? The dsc link
is
http://johnhommer.com/academic/code/aghermann/source/deb/aghermann_1.0.1-1.dsc,
with these changes made since 1.0:
http://anonscm.debian.org/gitweb/?p=debian-med/aghermann.git.

I can confirm it builds on these versions/arches:

aghermann_1.0.1-1~nd70+1_i386.build OK
aghermann_1.0.1-1~nd70+1_amd64.build OK
aghermann_1.0.1-1~nd+1_i386.build OK
aghermann_1.0.1-1~nd+1_amd64.build OK
aghermann_1.0.1-1~nd12.10+1_i386.build OK
aghermann_1.0.1-1~nd12.10+1_amd64.build OK
aghermann_1.0.1-1~nd13.04+1_i386.build OK
aghermann_1.0.1-1~nd13.04+1_amd64.build OK
aghermann_1.0.1-1~nd13.10+1_i386.build OK
aghermann_1.0.1-1~nd13.10+1_amd64.build OK

Thanks,
Andrei
