Hi,
I had to add debhelper to the Build-Depends to fix this error: https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=invesalius&arch=i386&ver=3.0~b5-1&stamp=1399055069&file=log
Now, it seems to bee everything OK and lintian clear. I tested using debuild and sbuild.
