If you are building Debian packages you should always check with lintian
the compliance with Debian policy. In any case you need to fix the
errors and in this case all issues except the spelling errors should be
regarded:

$ lintian conquest-dicom-server_1.4.17d-1_amd64.changes
E: conquest-dicom-server source: license-problem-md5sum-non-free-file jasper-1.900.1-6ct/data/colorprofiles/srgb.icm usual name is sRGB.icm. This file may not be distributed without fee if modified. See also http://bugs.debian.org/657281.
W: conquest-dicom-server source: out-of-date-standards-version 3.9.3 (current is 3.9.5)
I: conquest-dicom-server: spelling-error-in-binary usr/bin/dgate Recieved Received
I: conquest-dicom-server: spelling-error-in-binary usr/bin/dgate succesfully successfully
I: conquest-dicom-server: spelling-error-in-binary usr/bin/dgate Succesful Successful
I: conquest-dicom-server: spelling-error-in-binary usr/bin/dgate adress address
E: conquest-dicom-server: embedded-library usr/bin/dgate: libjpeg
I: conquest-dicom-server: hardening-no-fortify-functions usr/bin/dgate
I: conquest-dicom-server: init.d-script-missing-lsb-description etc/init.d/conquest-dicom-server
I: conquest-dicom-server: init.d-script-does-not-provide-itself etc/init.d/conquest-dicom-server
I: conquest-dicom-server: possible-documentation-but-no-doc-base-registration
I: conquest-dicom-server: unused-override embedded-library usr/lib/conquest-dicom-server/dgate: libjpeg

If you use `lintian -i ...` you get some additional hints. In case
these are not sufficient feel free to ask here.

Kind regards and thanks for your work on this

     Andreas.
