It's all committed including the new pristine tar 1.3.

But the accompanying commentary says something about GPLv3+ (as do the headers of the src/* files).

On the other side files in tests/* say they are GPLv2+

I am afraid there is room for improvement.

It should all be GPLv3+

I thought I had sorted all this before. Apparently not.

Give me a moment to change it all to GPL 3+

I'll do it on the d/copyright as well.
