A new minor version was released 2 days ago.
I've packaged it, and used this opportunity to further improve the Debian package. It now features more robust database backup at preinst, database update at postinst, and properly handles upstream-released patches to the database (one included for version 2.4).
Please upload this new version to unstable. Thanks!
