Patches for new version of mencal

Hi,

I just noticed that a new version of mencal was available since 2012 and
so I updated the Debian package. Former maintainers of this package
might (or might not?) have tried to contact you about a set of patches
to mencal which are applied in the Debian package and which might be
interesting for you to include them in a next upstream version.

You can find the patches here:

   http://anonscm.debian.org/viewvc/debian-med/trunk/packages/mencal/trunk/debian/patches/

Moreover I would like to ask you kindly to change your download page to
not use JavaScript. The rationale behind this plea is that our
automated check for ew versions is unable to detect new versions on your
page. The minimum requirement to enable is that there is somewhere in
your html code the string "mencal-2.4.tar.gz" (or whatever your latest
version might be). Besides automated tools I even consider for the
normal user it is a bit over designed to go down the history of mencal.
There are pretty large projects out there which are simply using a down
sorted list of links to their old source tarballs - this should pretty
much do for a small project like mencal.

Kind regards and I hope you like the patch collection

    Andreas.
