It is fixed. Consider going through the booking of rooms at any time. There are only about 18 rooms for us, part of which being twin rooms. I made the claim that DDs happily share those twin rooms to reduce costs since we are somewhat like one big family anyway and to allow more participants to stay at the venue ... and will forward that info also to the DPL.

Can we consider the Sprint location in Aberdeen as well as date as definitive to book the flights or should we wait for a further date ?

Indeed, to benefit by nice prices, I will certainly have to take flights that cannot be reimbursed, so date/location must be definitive.

Regarding hotel, when should we reasonably prebook the room ?
